We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team based at Bowthorpe Care Village ensuring the Care Home’s remain safe and well maintained whilst working closely with the Home Management to develop a warm, caring environment for our residents and tenants.

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the operational delivering leading the Domestic, Laundry and Site Support teams to assist in the effective running of Bowthorpe Care Village. You must have the ability to formulate and develop a strong team environment. You will ensure personnel remain motivated, trained and capable of delivering requirements with a flexible approach. 

Our Successful Candidate

Our successful candidate will have previous experience of working within the industry at management level and be able to provide professional leadership promoting an efficient approach to service delivery whilst also demonstrating;

  • Experience managing and/or supervising staff, with knowledge of managing budgets and financial control
  • The ability to deliver against challenging performance indicators whilst motivating others to achieve their targets
  • Level 4 Diploma in Operations Management and/or Level 4 in Facilities Management (or equivalent) – Desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
