At All Hallows, our specialist nursing home, we are looking for newly qualified and experienced Nurses that share our values and are passionate about contributing to an environment that genuinely has a positive impact on everyone involved.

Our Registered Nurses, in partnership with our Care Practitioners and Senior Healthcare Assistants, oversee the daily care provided to residents. You will ensure an effective care plan is developed and delivered for our residents in collaboration with internal teams, medical consultants and our residents’ families. You will support a range of needs at the home including working alongside rehabilitation residents, having input into resident admission, improvement and discharge.
