Uttlesford Norse have a fantastic opportunity for and Apprentice Administrator to join the team based in Saffron Walden.

During your apprenticeship, you will obtain extensive knowledge of office and business administration, customer service and team support to provide you with the skills and training to complete your NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will work alongside our qualified contracts administrators, learning and assisting with all general duties under the qualified role. You will be responsible for routine administrative duties including photocopying, filing, invoicing and distribution of service documentation to support and engage with different parts of our division.

We are offering a development opportunity where you will be fully supported within your role, you will work on your own initiative, meeting deadlines and developing new ways to support the business whilst prioritising your workload effectively in order to achieve business service requirements.

We are looking for:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
  • Excellent time management able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to produce accurate written documentation to specification
  • Previous experience in a business administration role
