Devon Norse are a successful commercial service partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, delivering expertise across cleaning, catering and facilities management disciplines.

Our catering service provide meals to a growing number of clients across the region, and we are currently looking for a Mobile Catering Assistant to work across a number of sites in North Devon, around the Barnstaple area.

This is a permanent, part time position offering 16.25 hours per week, working flexible shifts between 11:00 AM – 14:00 PM, with exact shift times being defined in advance with your manager.

You will be joining multiple on-site kitchen teams, preparing and delivering meals to students on a daily basis. Your role will support across all aspects of this service, helping with food preparation, service and kitchen maintenance.

Your Experience:

Whilst previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment would be an advantage, we can off training, support and development opportunities if this is a new career for you.

We will be looking for you to demonstrate excellent team working and communication skills as you will be supporting a number of local teams, alongside the ability to deliver an excellent customer service.

You will be required to travel between sites, so you will need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence to apply for the role.
