Norse Catering freshly prepare and deliver an average of 25,000 meals per day to a number of schools, care homes and businesses across Norfolk & Suffolk. 

At this moment, we have a new position for a Catering Assistant to join our fantastic team at Beauchamp House in Chedgrave, Norfolk. 

You will actively improve the lives of residents every day as you prepare, cook and serve them with healthy, locally sourced meals. You will alos be involved in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas which now has even more importance than usual.

The Role:

This is a permanent, part-time position working every other weeked with the below shifts; 

Week 1:

  • Sunday 07:00-14:00

Week 2:

  • Saturday 08:00-14:00
  • Sunday 08:00-14:00 & 15:30-18:30

Your Experience:

Whilst it would be an advantage for you to have experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment, we are happy to offer full training for the role if you can show; 

  • Good communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with members of the public 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
