As we continue to build a strong pipeline of work, and offer training and development opportunities to our professionals, we are looking to recruit a Graduate into our Estates and Asset Management team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity a driven graduate looking to develop a career in a commercial environment, as you will grow your current knowledge whilst helping to manage a diverse portfolio of properties and projects, providing support predominantly in the delivery of asset realisation for our clients.

This role will give you the chance to constantly learn from a multi-disciplined team of professionals, and you will be able trusted to support the team in managing disposals and the implementation management and monitoring of complex professional negotiations in respect of a number of land and property transactions. Alongside this, we will support your professional development with guidance through industry qualifications, including your APC for RICS accreditation.  

Our Successful Candidate:

As we are looking to develop a graduate, the most important thing we want you to demonstrate is an aptitude and desire to develop a career within a commercial property services industry, highlighted by;

  • Formal qualifications (degree or equivalent) in a property, surveying, estates or asset management discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with a varied audience
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and present your findings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, confident when learning new technologies and tools
  • Professional membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or be willing to work towards with our support
