NPS Property Consultants represents the strategic partnership between NPS Group and Norfolk County Council, aimed at delivering exceptional services through property maintenance and consultancy. Whilst initially a dedicated public sector partner, NPS Property Consultants’ business portfolio has grown to incorporate a number of private sector clients across the East of England.

As a result of internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Town Planning (Urban Planning) professional into our Norwich based team. We are committed to offering career development opportunities as well as exciting projects to experienced professionals, so are open to applicants from Graduate level to Consultant.

Your role and responsibilities will vary depending on the experience you can bring to the role, but the function of the team is to;

  • Provide development and planning advice to our clients
  • Propose new ways to maximise the potential value of existing sites
  • Manage planning and development schemes through the planning process with our clients
  • Undertake development appraisals of lands and buildings, and present recommendations to clients on best value

Our Successful Candidate

We are flexible on your level of commercial experience at a Graduate level, but for an experience professional we are looking for;

  • Professional membership or eligibility for membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
  • Relevant education (Degree or equivalent) in a related discipline, or significant commercial experience
  • Proven experience in a similar planning environment
  • Relevant project experience, delivering a range of development and planning work in partnership with public and private sector clients
  • Desire for continuous personal development within the industry
