Norse Catering are currently looking to recruit a Cook in charge to oversee the Catering team based at Harker House in Long Stratton, Norwich. 

As Cook in Charge you will support the Catering Team by helping to prepare, cook and present meals, while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Duties:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standard
  • Managing the catering team
  • Contribute to high levels of customer service
  • Comply and have full knowledge of regulations regarding Health & Safety, ensuring that best food practices and hygiene procedures are adhered to.

You will have:

  • Previous catering experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic health & safety, including the food safety act.
  • Basic culinary skills
  • Knowledgeable about the food industry

This role is a permanent part-time position where you will be contracted to work on a 2 week shift basis. 

Week1 - Tuesday, Thursday 07:30-18:30 / Saturday 07:30-14:00 & Sunday 07:30-18.30

Week 2 - Monday 07:30-14:00 / Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 07:30 18.30
