In line with this culture, We are currently looking to recruit a creative and enthusiastic Graduate Interior Designer to join our Norwich based team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to continually improve and develop their skills and with a passion for good quality design.

You will have the chance to work with a diverse and talented team of Interior designers, Architects and Engineers who enjoy working in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

This role will present you with an exciting opportunity to apply your qualifications and knowledge into a commercial environment, assisting with the provision of interior design services that we deliver to our clients. Among a number of different responsibilities, you will be helping produce concept design proposals, drawings, specifications, schedules and tender documentation under the direction of one of our Lead Designers. You will gain exposure to all RIBA design Stages, procurement types and client management processes in this role, becoming more autonomous as you develop within the team.

This role will be an initial 12 month contract, with the view to a full time position depending on performance and development within the role.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Should be able to communicate and present their ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of major software platforms which may include but not limited to Revit, Enscape, AutoCad, Sketch Up and Photoshop. (We will provide ongoing training and support in BIM software).
  • Hold a BA Hons Degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Have experience, either commercially or as a work placement, in a design environment
  • Should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Publisher.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, managing your own workload to meet strict deadlines
