NPS Property Consultants, part of the Norse Group, is an award winning multi-disciplinary construction consultancy working with a growing number of public and private sector clients across the UK

To support our growing project pipeline, we are recruiting for an Associate level Quantity Surveyor in our Norwich based team. We are currently undertaking a number of high profile projects across multiple sectors, and are looking for you to provide a blend of technical expertise and strategic management to aid this delivery.

The Role:

In addition to you delivering a complete range of Quantity Surveying services to our clients, you will also be accountable for:

  • Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, directing their time, performance and workload
  • Assuming the role of project and programme leader for key strategic work streams
  • Ensuring that design, construction and contract management standards are constantly upheld against our reputation, client expectations and contractual obligations

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Professional Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – RICS
  • Significant senior experience within a quantity surveying role
  • Demonstrable management experience in a surveying or construction environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Relevant sector knowledge would be an advantage, including residential, education, leisure and healthcare.
