As Newport Norse continues to manage a diverse property portfolio, we are looking to recruit a Chartered Surveyor into our team based at Telford Street in Newport. It will be your responsibility to provide expert advice to our clients in regards to all areas of valuation and property management. Our reputation with our clients is a critical part of our business, and you will be expected to maintain and develop a professional and knowledgeable approach when undertaking the role.

It is an exciting time to join Newport Norse, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of professional work including:

  • Valuation and negotiations for acquisitions and disposals;
  • Reviewing the income producing portfolios to deliver increased revenue
  • The general management of a diverse public sector property portfolio

 

Your Experience:

  • Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a similar environment
  • Knowledge of relevant construction and Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent approach to maintaining a high level of customer services
