Our exceptional operational services are backed by our group support services, providing expert advice across a number of back office functions including HR. As part of our growth and development plans within HR, we are looking to recruit a HR Administrator into our Norwich based team. This role will expose you to a wide range of HR functions, and you will help the team provide support to all areas of the business in regards to employment, contracts and variations.

Our HR team at Norse have a wealth of industry experience, and this role will give you the chance to grow and develop a career within HR with the support of a diverse and multi-disciplined team. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to be part of a growing number of operational processes, as well as supporting project work such as TUPE transfers.

Although it would be ideal for you to be able to demonstrate some HR experience, we are predominantly looking for you to have worked in a fast-paced administration environment, developing skills in collaborative team working, organisations and working to deadlines.

Your experience:

  • Proven experience in a busy administrative or office environment, ideally undertaking HR duties
  • The ability to communicate effectively within a diverse business, engaging with all levels
  • Capable of managing your own work load effectively, multi-tasking and meeting strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of HR process and procedures would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Word and Excel
  • Desire to develop and grow within a HR team
