NPS Property Consultants Limited is the main vehicle for delivering property maintenance and consultancy services to the sole shareholder Norfolk County Council, as well as other public and private sector customers in the East of England.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Land Surveyor to join the team at our Norwich office. Joining a team of highly skilled surveyors you will have access to sophisticated equipment to ensure absolute accuracy of data. Working closely with archaeological and architectural specialists to prepare detailed plans.

You will assist in the completion of topographical, geotechnical, engineering and as-built surveys to provide detailed reports on land levels, ground conditions, delineation of buildings and positioning of structures and services. As well as providing coastal monitoring and surveys and advice surrounding boundary disputes.

You will have:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent qualification/experience in a land surveying discipline.
  • Current site card or be prepared to immediately attain.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An understanding of relevant construction, health and safety legislation and the risks and hazards associated with asbestos.
