Whilst catering experience is not always necessary as training will be given, excellent customer care with an enthusiastic attitude is essential and we are looking for an energetic team player.  As Assistant Cook, you will be responsible for the operational management and organisation of the kitchen when covering for the Cook Manager and the production of meals on site.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Knowledge of Health, Hygiene and Safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience of managing or supervising staff.

You will be contracted to work 18 hours a week on a shift basis - Week 1 Thursday/Friday Week 2 - Saturday/Sunday.  The hours are 7:30 - 14:30 & 15:00 - 18:00.
