NPS Barnsley are currently recruiting for a Senior CAD/Revit Technician on a permanent basis to join their division. As a Senior CAD/Revit Technician you will be responsible for working with professional staff in producing technical drawings for the various stages of projects for clients.

Your role will be to support the company in increasing the quality of its design products through the use of CAD, BIM (e.g. Revit), implementing CAD and Revit standards within the office. To manage and undertake the development of specific details based on overall parameters defined by designers.

Our Successful candidate will –

  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD/Revit.
  • Have Experience in a similar role and be able to provide suitable references upon request.
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in an Architectural, Engineering or Construction related discipline and/or can demonstrate significant relevant experience.
  • City and Guilds AutoCAD/Revit or equivalent.
  • Hold a current site card or be prepared to attain immediately.

The work balance will be biased towards CAD, but Revit experience is required as this element will be increased over time, so the use of Revit in a BIM environment in essential. Experience supporting Architects/ M&E would be advantageous.

You will be contracted to work Monday – Friday, 37hpw.
