Description

NPS Infinity have a fantastic opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor to join the team based in Norwich. 

As an Asbestos Surveyor you will undertake a variety of duties on a daily basis including asbestos management, demolition, refurbishment and re-inspection surveys to all building sectors - Domestic, Commercial and Industrial. You will need to sustain the high standard and cost efficiency that has already been established within the division.

This role requires constant/ professional communication with internal and external colleagues and clients. You will need a full understanding of Health and Safety legislations within the Construction industry as well as the risks/hazards associated with Asbestos. 

Our successful candidate - 

  • Must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years surveying experience within the building industry and be able to and provide references accordingly. 
  • Will be familiar with the use of TEAMS software and proficient in MS Office Suite. 
  • BOHS P402 Building surveys & Bulk sampling for Asbestos or equivalent RSPH - Essential. 
  • Will hold a full Driving licence - Frequent travel to Sites/Offices. 
  • P-Certificate would be a strong advantage but not essential. 
  • Will need to attract and identify new business opportunities and contribute to meeting operational demands. 

This role offers an ambitious Asbestos Survey and excellent career opportunity within a reputable company. You will be required to work Monday - Friday 37hpw (Flexible hours) and in return, you will be offered a salary of upto £32,000 DOE 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and a company Van.
