We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support professional to join our London based team in our Tower Bridge offices.

As Technical Assistant you will work alongside and assist our Architectural team who provide design solutions for a range of clients, working predominantly within the education and housing sectors. Led by our chartered Associate Architect the dynamic, creative team are responsible for much of the company’s award winning designs.

The Business Support function plays a critical role within the team producing effectively branded documentation, proof reading design, and amending technical reports.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating relevant and targeted professional documentation to defined standard.
  • Compiling and proof reading design and specification packages produced by the architecture team
  • Producing sales and marketing literature to a high standard
  • Proof reading and amending technical reports for grammar, punctuation and syntax
  • Utilising design based software, ideally Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Publisher, as required by the role
  • Administering various details including; time recording, expenses and resource planning on the relevant database (Timemaster) and/or Microsoft Excel.

You will ideally have:

  • Commercial experience in a sales, marketing or design environment.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to produce brochures, leaflets and booklets as required.
  • An HNC/HND or equivalent in a related discipline is desirable.
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar or related role.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel – Essential
  • Knowledge of using bespoke database systems.
