NorseCare, part of the Norse Group are Norfolk’s largest Care provider, delivering our services to a number of sites across the county. We support the dedicated service our operational teams provide with exceptional office support.

We are recruiting for a Business Support Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your career in a rewarding environment supported by an excellent team. 

As Business Support Administrator you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative support to the Commercial Team including Sales, Facilities Management and Procurement.

You will be the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls, and managing multiple inboxes alongside producing letters, mail merges and email communications as required.

Your Experience:

You will have previous experience working within an administrative role or customer service driven environment whilst also demonstrating;

  • GCSE (or equivalent) grade C (or Level 4) or above in three core subjects including Maths and English
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office including use of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines
  • High levels of customer care
