£9.60-£10.15 per hour

At Sydney House in Stalham we have an opportunity for you to make a difference within our NorseCare team, with roles available for Care Support Workers on a permanent basis working 31 hours per week on days or 17.25 hours per week on nights.

As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks which enables our residents/tenants to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity.

Your Experience

*£100 will be payable at 3 months, a further £200 will be payable at 6 months. This is subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently an employee of the Norse Group
