£9.35 - £9.90 Per Hour

The Norse Group is formed of NPS Group, specialising in property consultancy, NCS Commercial Services specialising in facilities management and NorseCare providing a high level of care to residents and tenants in Care Schemes.

NorseCare are looking for a Care Support Worker to join their team at Lisbon Court situated in Kings Lynn on a casual contract, working as and when required to cover annual leave and sickess on days or nights.  Lisbon Court is home to 30 housing flats, which are all self-contained with outstanding facilities and staff on hand 24/7 to provide dedicated care and support.

As a Care Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing a high level of support to the tenants, helping tenants make informed choices, administering medication in relation to their care plan and ensuring that dignity and respect is always maintained.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Experience working within a care environment is desirable
  • Be supportive and caring at all times ensuring you are providing exemplary service to our residents/tenants
  • Completion of The Care Certificate is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to go that extra mile
