NPS Property Consultants specialise in providing property expertise across are variety of disciplines. Our Norwich Office architecture and design team, are at the centre of our creativity and innovation, delivering a range of high-profile projects of varying size and complexity, as well as inspiring buildings that make a real difference to the local communities.

Our portfolio consists of a range of new build and refurbishment / remodelling projects, primarily within the Public Sector with a focus on Education. We have delivered a large number of projects to provide new Primary, Secondary and SEN school estate provision. In 2019 we were awarded East of England ‘Project of the Year’ from RICS, for the design and delivery of Chapel Green Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Norfolk, a project in which we are extremely proud to have been a part of.

With an increasing volume of Client commissions, we are currently looking to recruit design focussed Architect professionals into our Norwich Office.

Our successful candidates will act as either Senior Architect, Associate Architect or Senior Associate Architect.  Providing technical and senior/managerial support to the team, ensuring that projects are delivered to or above client expectation. It will require you to have a hands-on management style, contributing to drawing, specifications and architectural advice where required. It will be your responsibility to ensure a full ‘Architect’s Service’ is provided in line with the RIBA Plan of Work.

Our Ideal Candidate/s:

  • Member of the Architects Registration Board
  • Professional Chartered Membership of the Royal British Institute of British Architects – RIBA
  • Experience delivering projects across private and public sector clients, importantly including Education
  • Extensive experience working in an architectural environment and ideally within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Proven experience leading and managing an Architectural design team
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and REVIT

  • Salary will vary depending on which position you are applying to, but ranges from £40,000 - £55,000 DoE
