NPS Humber represents the successful joint venture between NPS Group and Hull City Council, providing a wide range of services across architecture, surveying, engineering, and property maintenance.

NPS Humber are continuing to take on diverse and complex projects across all disciplines, and as a result are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager into the team on a full time, permanent basis.

As Senior Project Manager, your role will require you to take overall responsibility in the delivery of large or complex projects, ensuring the project team comply with design brief and profitability of the overall programme. Ensuring client requirements are met with regards to project design, overall programme and the construction or implementation of the project including change control.

Our Successful Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with extensive industry knowledge highlighted by:

  • Professional Membership of the Association of Project Management (APM) or similar membership
  • Professional qualification - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Experience delivering and overseeing a range of projects across property, asset management, engineering or similar consulting disciplines
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge across the property consultancy or build works sector, including new build contracts and improvements would be an advantage
