As the scope of projects at NPS London increases, we are looking for an experienced Senior CAD/Revit Technician to work alongside our professional architectural team based in Chingford. 

Your role will be to support the company in increasing the quality of its design products, through the use of CAD, BIM (e.g. Revit), implementing CAD and Revit standards within the office. You will manage and undertake the development of specific details based on overall parameters defined by designers, working in the construction sector and use Revit & CAD software to create design plans for buildings and services including modifying and revising drawings as and when necessary.

Our Successful Candidate:

You must demonstrate sound knowledge of building construction, legislation and codes of practice along with the following;

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Studies discipline
  • Membership of the Institute of Architectural Technologist and be working or prepared to work towards chartered status
  • Holds a current site card or is prepared to immediately attain
  • Proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
  • BIM accreditation is desirable
  • 3D visualisation skills using Sketchup, Photo Shop & Enscape is desirable
