We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader Coach to join the team at NorseCare on a part-time, permanent basis working 21 hours per week.

As Team Leader Coach you will mentor, coach and guide Team Leaders, undertaking work-based observations and supervisions to support their development. Alongside leading on identifying improvements that can be made to assist Team Leaders within their roles and putting in place programmes to support any common development needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To observe, report and promote best practice by completing work-based observations
  • Work with Team Leaders to ensure they are equipped to be able to induct staff members, manage staffing cover and deliver effective handovers
  • To support Managers with the recruitment and induction of new Team Leaders.
  • Work with Team Leaders to create, update and review key care related documents, including care plans and risk assessments
  • To take a lead role in demonstrating good practice, values and standards of care

 

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a similar operational care role at supervisory level
  • Excellent ability to lead, supervise and motivate staff
  • Effectively communicate across all levels of the business
  • Demonstrate a positive approach to work
