NorseCare are Norfolk’s largest care home provider, delivering dedicated and individually driven care services across 36 homes and schemes throughout the region. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we build teams of caring professionals to ensure their needs can remain our main focus.

Beauchamp House is a lovely care home, situated in Loddon.  The home provides person-centred residential care in 43 well-appointed rooms. We also have a separate Dementia Care Unit at the home where we provide specialist care and support. We provide a varied programme of activities and events helping our residents to be as involved as they wish.

We are recruiting for Care Support Workers to join our passionate team, we have a full-time, permanent opportunity available working 36 hours per week 07:00-14:30 & 14:30-21:30 on a flexible basis alongside offering casual contracts, working as and when required.

Your Experience:

We are looking for someone that has strong values and is able to demonstrate the following;

  • Some experience within care either personally or professionally
  • Able to function well under pressure 
  • Can work towards tight deadlines and follow instructions 
  • Can work well within a team or on your own 
  • Can follow instructions and communicate at all levels
  • Willing to go the extra mile
