Kallidus is an award-winning human capital management and e-learning ‘software as a service’ (“SaaS”) provider. Working together with our enviable customer base, we provide innovative, trusted solutions that help ensure they have the right people, in the right roles, with the rights skills and knowledge.

Having recently secured a new round of private equity investment, we are now looking for an experienced part-time In-House Lawyer to support our next phase of growth. This role is for 24 hours a week, which can be flexible over three or five days.   • advising on intellectual property matters;
  • working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements;
  • management of customer contracts; and
  • providing general legal advice, as required.

This is a hugely exciting position, joining a leading and growing SaaS software business (with significant buy and build aspirations), in a role which offers autonomy and a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with at least two years’ post-qualification relevant commercial experience gained in private practice or in-house
  • Excellent academic credentials and drafting skills
  • Prior IT/SaaS agreements experience

  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
