Job Role – Project Delivery Co-ordinator

Reporting to – Head of Service Delivery

 

The Role

The Project Delivery co-ordinator role is varied with key responsibilities around supporting the management of customer change requests, training course booking, tracking and reporting. The role will include loading of content on to the customer Learning Management System and testing to ensure that the packages run through to completion. Ongoing training and development will eventually lead to a Consultant position delivering the Kallidus suite of systems to customers. The role requires good written and verbal communication methods as well as a structured approach to all activities. 

 

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Project Delivery co-ordinator:

  • Maintaining and tracking of Customer training schedules
  • Support the training lead in the administration and management of the training sessions
  • Loading and testing of Customer off the shelf content on the customer LMS
  • Work with the Kallidus Consultants to gain experience and knowledge of implementation projects
  • Support the delivery of change projects to customer’s expectations; achieving targeted levels of profitability, meeting desired timelines and project success criteria
  • Compilation and documentation of customer requirements within a project brief for approval.
  • Gain a high level of product knowledge to ensure customer queries and expectations are managed and delivered effectively
  • Support the management of revenue recognition for change projects
  • Meet change project KPI’s for Customer Satisfaction, Profit and Quality
