We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-expanding marketing team. With rapid growth on the cards, we are in a period of marketing transformation and need proactive, engaged, and performance focused marketers to join our team.

PPC/SEO

  • Design, manage and execute our data-driven performance-based Paid Media campaigns
  • Define campaign architecture, message angles and call-to-actions that are Best Practice aligned and shaped/optimised in line with real-time reporting
  • Create, manage and execute our Content Syndication campaigns to achieve sales lead targets
  • Work with Brand & Content team to create compelling text-only, display and video Ads
  • Liaise with other members of the marketing team to ensure Paid Media is aligned and integrated with Campaign Marketing where appropriate
  • Have a clear understanding of best practice and key metrics in relation to B2B, channels, geographies and vertical sectors and ensure campaigns are optimised in line with this
  • Apply your in-depth understanding of SEO and Google to ensure optimum rankings
  • Follow and align campaigns to industry trends to maximise performance
  • Ensure PPC campaign lead targets are met, performance metrics tracked and reported, and campaigns continually adjusted/optimised in line with performance indicators
  • Track and report on funnel conversion through to Sales/ROI

SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

  • Define a best practice Social Media Marketing strategy, by channel, to increase market reach, optimise engagement and drive marketing leads
  • Manage and optimise existing social channels and set-up and manage several new channels
  • Ensure all metrics are tracked, analysed and reported, and campaigns continually adjusted/optimised in line with performance indicators
  • Liaise with other members of the marketing team to ensure Social Media is aligned and integrated with Campaign Marketing where appropriate
  • Establish and manage a social media editorial/content calendar
  • Create a compelling variety of a social content to achieve reach, engagement and lead targets
  • Define, manage and execute a new Communities Marketing programme

E-MAIL MARKETING

  • Define and implement a best practice Email Marketing approach to increase market reach, generate new contacts and nurture contacts through to sales-ready leads
  • Design, manage and execute Email Marketing to drive Webinar Registrations, Content Downloads and Survey Participation
  • Create, manage and execute an Automated Email Lead Nurture programme to continually move prospects through the funnel from contact to sales-ready lead
  • Ensure all metrics are tracked, analysed and reported, and campaigns continually adjusted/optimised in line with performance indicators
  • Create, manage and execute a Monthly Customer Newsletter

 

ADVOCACY/WoM

  • Define, manage and execute a best practice MarTech enabled Word-Of-Mouth/Advocacy strategy to leverage customers, employees and influencer to increase market reach, optimise engagement and drive marketing leads
  • Ensure all metrics are tracked, analysed and reported, and campaigns continually adjusted/optimised in line with performance indicators

About you

  • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated Digital/PPC/Social Media experience in a B2B environment (Tech Sector experience would be ideal)
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO essential
  • HTML and Web Development experience preferred
  • Experience of Google Analytics, AdWords, WebTrends, SEMRush, Wordpress, HubSpot and Salesforce desireable
  • Keen to contribute creatively to the ideas and direction of the marketing team
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at any one time
  • Highly analytical, strong attention to detail and advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Clear, concise communication skills
