12-month Fixed Term Contract

 

The Role

The Project Delivery Analyst role is varied with key responsibilities around the management of customer change requests, revenue recognition and management reporting.  The role is pivotal to the successful implementation of customer change requests for the Kallidus products, providing a single point of contact for our customers throughout the change process, using written and verbal communication methods.  Overall ensuring that the customer requirements are understood, resources required to deliver the change projects are assigned and the projects are delivered in a time and cost-efficient manner. 

 

The role also works closely with the Head of Service Delivery to manage the revenue recognition and resource planning of the Services team.

 

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Project Delivery Analyst are:

  • Manage monthly revenue reconciliation
  • Maintain training records and track customer entitlement
  • Delivery of change projects to customer’s expectations; achieving targeted levels of profitability, meeting desired timelines and project success criteria.
  • Compilation and documentation of customer requirements within a project brief for approval.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure customer queries and expectations are managed and delivered effectively
  • Manage project escalations, build a supportive culture within the team with the sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Meet change project KPI’s for Customer Satisfaction, Profit and Quality.
  • Support the Head of Service Delivery with allocation of suitable project resources for each project.
  • Manage revenue recognition for change projects
  • Support Consultants with project task scheduling and escalation where necessary.

Experience

To fulfil this role a minimum of 1 year in a similar Role with demonstrable experience in managing multiple, concurrent change projects for customers.
