Job Summary


Kallidus is looking for a motivated and highly organised Marketing Campaigns Executive with to join its rapidly growing marketing function. The Marketing Campaigns Executive will be working with our demand generation team to manage our in-person events and exhibitions, as well as helping to manage our internal and external email nurturing campaigns and webinars to help showcase our suite of award-winning talent management software.


Key responsibilities


  • Manage exhibitions in line with the marketing strategy including briefing and post show reporting.
  • Budget management and financial reporting on campaign and exhibition activity
  • Designing and deploying marketing email and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement by working alongside Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager.
  • Briefing marketing activity to the sales teams so they are aware of any marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing and Managing our webinar program
  • Work with marketing team to ensure CRM is kept up to date and campaigns are logged accurately in CRM platform.
  • Take ownership for assigned projects and tasks, completing them within the designated timeframe.


Marketing Campaigns Executive requirements


  • Experienced of working with creative departments/agencies and be experienced at implementing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent project and organisational management
  • Experience managing and owning events and exhibitions from an exhibitor perspective
  • Proven marketing communication experience and be a strong communicator with high verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Preferably you will have knowledge of using a CRM platform, Wordpress and an understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills would be an advantage.
  • Be passionate about all things marketing and always wanting to learn more
  • Be a proactive problem solver
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Able to interpret data and report on marketing activity.
  • Have the ability to translate business needs into creative solutions and to evaluate creative work.
  • Be quick thinking with the ability to identify opportunities.
