Technical Project Manager

Reporting to: Head of Service Delivery

 

Purpose of the role:

This role is responsible for the implementation of the Kallidus suite of 5 SaaS products. It encompasses the project management and delivery of customer projects against time, cost and quality of customer service.

The focus of this role is to provide Kallidus customers with technically sound solutions to implementations of Kallidus products and managing individual projects from kick-off through to live. This includes supporting the team of Learning Consultants with technical advice and support throughout the project life-cycle and internal/external resource and capacity planning.

Kallidus is a fast-paced environment, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable coordinating with multiple internal and external customers within a complex and demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the handover from sales to services for all new customer services SaaS projects
  • Provide technical support to internal consultants to ensure successful implementation of standard products
  • Ensure technical knowledge base is maintained to support Service Delivery team
  • Attend client sites to provide consultancy support for solution delivery, documenting outcomes and creating Statement of Works
  • Provide Programme Management Support for large projects as required
  • Adhere to Service Delivery ISO processes
  • Work with Sales team and Services to ensure Kallidus provide customer excellence in all deliverables

Requisite Skills:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge with a background in SaaS delivery
  • Strong Technical knowledge of Infrastructure platforms and integration tools – SSIS, SSO, SFTP, SMTP.
  • Excellent IT skills (all Microsoft Office packages)
  • Strong leadership, management and organisational skills
  • Proven programme and project management skills
  • Proven commercial acumen and financial skills
  • Demonstrable negotiation and influencing skills
  • Great communication, listening and analytical skills
  • Ability to deliver to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
