The role:

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic class teacher who is committed to providing a welcoming, stimulating learning experience for all students.  This role is suitable for both experienced professionals who wish to progress their career and NQTs who want to begin their career in a learning rich environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is a highly effective, passionate and motivated teacher
  • is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality
  • has high professional standards
  • is able to make positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike
  • is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupils
  • has preference for EYFS, KS1 or KS2

About us:

The academy is a popular and oversubscribed 1 form entry academy, located in Skegness, Lincolnshire and currently has 210 pupils on roll. Our team is creative and forward thinking, with a fresh and dynamic approach to learning. Every staff member is fantastically talented and committed to meet the needs of every pupil. We work hard to ensure that every pupil is supported and nurtured and we understand how vital and individual each child’s learning journey is and the importance of a positive and rewarding school experience.

Our most recent Ofsted inspection in November 2016 gave an overall ‘good’ grading with two areas being ‘outstanding’, after being open for just two years.
