The Wells Academy are looking for an Assistant Principal to play a pivotal role in leading the Academy on its ‘Mission to Greatness’.

 The role:

This role forms a key part of the Extended Senior Leadership team. You will be playing a critical role in leading all aspects of the wider Academy, including the leadership of the Maths Faculty. The postholder will be crucial in ensuring that the highest of standards are achieved with regards to student attitudes & behaviour, teaching & learning and student outcomes.
In this role, you will be fully supported to develop and deliver a world class curriculum and teaching experience which leads to students going on to achieve high levels of academic success.
