Description

We require a proficient administration assistant to support the Office Manager in the day to day running of administration at the Queensmead Primary Academy 

The role:

You can expect to support the Office Manager in a range of administrative and clerical duties such as compiling data and creating and maintaining databases and other computerised systems. You will also be the first point of contact for parent/carers, will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, handle messages and administer first aid. 

To be successful, you will be confident, able to multi task, ‘think on your feet’ and have experience of providing a professional administration service in an educational setting with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.

This role is for 30 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks) therefore this is reflected in the pro rata salary.
