The Nottingham Academy is currently recruiting for a Photography/Art Technician to join their team to provide technical support to the Art department 

The role:

Working closely with the Art and photography department staff, your duties will include the effective preparation of rooms and resources required for demonstrations and practical lessons in both subjects, as well as managing displays and interior spaces within the department.  You will also be responsible for purchasing materials and resources within the allocated budget. 

The ability to work effectively with students and staff is essential; knowledge of digital photography, print making and darkroom experience would be an advantage.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks), this is reflected in the pro-rata salary.
