Nottingham Academy is looking to recruit an Administrator to support with general office duties within the Primary site team.

The Nottingham Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) is one of the largest 3-19 schools in the country, with its own nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form provision. 

We pride ourselves on having an outstanding staff team, committed to providing the best for every child. Our impressive new buildings provide an excellent learning environment for our younger Academy pupils. The most recent Ofsted in November 2015 judged the academy consistently ‘Good’ and commented that despite its increasing size, it feels calm and orderly and has an atmosphere focused on learning.  

About the role:

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference to their community. As an Administrator you can expect to support the office team in a range of administrative and clerical duties. You will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, handle queries, compile data and create and maintain databases and other computerised systems. School based management system experience desirable. 

Hours of Working:

8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday

8am to 3.30pm on Friday

30 minute lunch break included

You will be required to work 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks), this is reflected in the pro-rata’d salary.
