  • brokerage sales and capital markets, (iii) property, facility and project management and (iv) consulting, advisory, investment management and other services, to owners, investors and occupiers of office, retail, industrial, multi-family, hospitality and other types of commercial real estate.

Avison Young was formed in 2008 from the combination of three independent real estate services firms that operated in Canada under the Avison Young and predecessor brands for more than 30 years. In February 2019, Avison Young expanded its operations in Europe through the acquisition of GVA Grimley Limited (now known as Avison Young (UK) Limited), a London-based real estate advisory firm.

Avison Young now has approximately 5,000 real estate professionals in over 100 offices (including approximately 30 licensed affiliate offices) in 14 countries in North America, Europe and Asia.
