We are currently recruiting sales advisors for our car sales supermarket based near Shepherds Bush.  As a sales advisor you will be joining a team of over 100 sales advisors, supporting and helping customers find the right car for them.

What you will do:

  • Receive a comprehensive and intense four-week training programme to help you maximise your potential
  • Use our internal systems to provide customers with information on vehicle specifications based on their individual needs
  • Provide excellent customer service encouraging repeat business
  • Qualifying your customers’ needs and advise them on the vehicles best suited to them
  • Accompany customers on demonstration drives
  • Maximise on deals by up-selling our additional products


As a Cargiant employee you’ll be based at the heart of Cargiant, a 48-acre site (equivalent to 30 football pitches or 720 tennis courts!) based in North West London with an average of 7000 customer visits per month. Having built its reputation on retailing great product at unbeatable prices, Cargiant has been instrumental in changing the perceptions of the used car sector, and are committed to offering their expert and friendly advice.

What you will need:

  • Experience within Car Sales.
  • The ability to promote Cargiant and build strong relationships with customers and the team
  • An ability to understand individual customer demands and needs
  • A strong organisational skill to effectively manage multiple customers at once
  • To be proactive, self-driven and target incentivised
  • To be a confident driver who holds a full UK or EU driving licence with at least one year’s driving experience


How you will be rewarded:

  • Basic salary of £20,000pa + uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £35,000
  • Completely uncapped commission
  • Receive a weekly basic pay and monthly commission
  • A full-time contract working only four days a week
