Our Employer Consulting team provides ongoing consultancy services to over 200 clients in disciplines such as DC pensions, governance, investment, engagement, flexible benefits and administration and is a rapidly growing practice area.

As a result of continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Associate/Trainee Employee Benefits Consultant in either of our London or Amersham offices. Please specify your preferred location when applying.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced consultants to progress quickly to a consultancy role and hold responsibility for a portfolio of corporate clients, advising them on workplace savings and benefits.

The Person

Ideally, you'll have 12 months experience in a trainee DC consultant or paraplanner role. You may be an experienced DC pension administrator. Either way, you'll be highly-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team within a collaborative environment. You'll need to be organised and able to manage your time effectively. You'll enjoy working with clients and enjoy finding solutions. In terms of qualifications, a minimum 2:1 honours degree is preferable and comprehensive support will be provided to you in relation to your study towards relevant level four qualification through either Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Pensions Management Institute (PMI).
